Rich Chocolate Hemp Smoothie

This delicious easy to prep smoothie is vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, no bake/raw, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and soy-free.

 

Enjoy the boost of protein and omega-3's that the hemp seeds provide while indulging in a lightly sweet chocolaty treat. 

 

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2-3 pitted large Medjool dates, to taste 

3 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder

3 tablespoons hulled hemp seed 

1 large peeled and frozen banana

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

4 large ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until super smooth.

Banana Hemp Protein Smoothie

For an awesome post workout smoothie or an anytime treat, this smoothie does the trick!  It is very easy to make, super good for you, and tasty.  Love it!

 

Ingredients

1 large peeled frozen banana

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1-2 Tbsps Hemp Protein Powder

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1/2 to 1 Tbsp of honey (optional)

 

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
